This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic colleague to join the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) at The Oxford Academy, a school on a rapid improvement journey where you will be able to make a significant difference to the lives of the children we serve. We are currently seeking an inspirational Assistant Headteacher who will take the lead, supported by the Headteacher and Senior Leadership team, with Raising Standards across the school with specific focus on our disadvantaged students. You will have the drive and passion to make a profound and positive improvement in the outcomes of these young people.

We are seeking an exceptional colleague ready to take on a new challenge, who is either an experienced senior leader keen to join our rapidly improving school for the next steps in their professional journey or a middle leader ready to move into senior leadership.
