Salary: Leadership pay spine L3 to L7 (£42,816 to ££47,344 per annum)

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Academy, where putting students first is part of our fundamental culture. We strongly believe that positive outcomes for our students come from the professionalism, commitment and passion for excellence displayed by our staff.

We are looking for an outstanding classroom teacher who will teach in Year 6 and who will also be part of the Academy Leadership Team, taking responsibility for achievement and standards from EYFS - Year 6.

You will need to be an excellent classroom practitioner, with proven experience of implementing successful teaching and learning strategies (experience of teaching Year 6 would be an advantage). This role will include being able to inspire and develop students in order to raise standards and maximise their potential.

Ideally you will have experience of leading a team, coaching and mentoring colleagues and role modelling excellence in order to shape and communicate the vision of the Academy.

Please note, although we are ideally looking for a full-time colleague, we are open to discussing flexible working options
