We are now looking for two Assistant Headteachers who have experience of curriculum leadership and are keen to develop this at whole school level. A passion for creating structures and systems which support teachers to get the very best from their students, is a prerequisite for this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, supportive and proactive senior leadership team, to have a significant impact on our continued school improvement, and to work with a fabulous group of staff and wonderful young people in a really lovely school.

• Benefit from the strong support of the Head Teachers, our Senior Leadership and Executive Team and a close collaboration of networks across our family of schools

• Inherit tried and tested central policies which enable staff to do their jobs well

• Become an active team member with the leadership across the Trust and contribute to the strategic development of our schools

• Be supported in your Leadership journey with a genuine commitment to work/home balance

• Lead a team of amazing staff and work with our fantastic children

The successful applicant will work closely with the Senior Leadership team and the wider Trust partnership to support the continued development and deployment of a high-quality curriculum which meets the needs of all students.  The curriculum will be underpinned by excellent teacher and learning and by an assessment system which supports our students in maximising their progress and our staff in the effective use of intelligent data.
