An exciting prospect awaits an enthusiastic and inspirational middle leader to join our Senior Leadership Team at our thriving and oversubscribed school. As the designated SENDCo, the successful candidate will ensure an exceptional experience for our relatively small group of SEND students (35 students with 7 EHCPs), empowering them to reach their full potential. Working alongside the Pastoral Deputy Headteacher, you will also play a key role in promoting inclusivity and maintaining our school's welcoming atmosphere. As a member of our esteemed 7-person Senior Leadership Team, you will contribute significantly to the school's strategic leadership and operation, while also upholding our Catholic values. The ideal candidate will hold the NASENCo qualification, or be ready to pursue upon joining the team. This position entails minimal teaching duties, leaving ample time for study support or intervention sessions (with room for negotiation). Administrative support will be available.
