We are looking for outstanding educational professional to join us in an exceptional time of growth for our school community. The post will be for the Britwell Campus.

Claycots School Partnership is the largest primary school (TES June 2015) in the UK, thus offering an exceptional opportunity for leaders that are values driven, articulate and driven leading teachers to shape and drive an ambitious and successful team of key stage teachers to move onwards and upwards towards their shared next step of ‘Outstanding’.


There will be a reduced timetable of 0.5 management time included in this post.


The objectives for this post:

• To create a learning environment for Key Stage children which is challenging, enriching and exciting with opportunity to lead and innovate.

• To work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to create a dynamic and motivated team that is professionally secure in intellect, philosophy and practice.

• The successful candidates will be dynamic and passionate about children, with discernible experience of leadership and management and evidence of successful values-led leadership impacting on pupil outcomes. The ability to work with wide autonomy and independence yet within the umbrella of a future Multi-Academy Trust would be a strong asset.

Claycots School is an 8 form entry primary school with two campuses in the diverse and rapidly-expanding town of Slough, Berkshire. Our Town Hall site, situated on the Bath Road serves the community of Central Slough, Chalvey and Upton. Our Britwell site, situated on the North of Slough serves the communities of Britwell, Lynch Hill and Manor Park.
