John Taylor Multi Academy Trust (JTMAT) believes in the power of education to improve lives – and the world. As a partner academy in JTMAT, we are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher with strategic leadership for Safeguarding and Attendance to join our ever-evolving organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Kingsmead; a highly successful school with outstanding outcomes, students and staff. The successful candidate will have responsibility for whole school safeguarding as the DSL and for driving whole school attendance and student well-being. As part of the school’s executive leadership, you will work closely with the Assistant Heads for Behaviour and Progress and will line manage and support a team of highly skilled and trained professionals to ensure that children at Kingsmead are happy, safe and successful.
