We are seeking to appoint an exceptional teaching and learning professional to our substantive role of Assistant Headteacher. Working alongside the headteacher, deputy head and wider leadership team, the successful candidate will be given the opportunity to lead on developing key areas of our provision as we realise our ambitious vision of embedding a ‘World Class’ 3D curriculum.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a current member of a Senior Leadership Team, Phase Leader or an aspirational, outstanding practitioner looking for the next challenge in their career.

Although the brief of the outgoing Assistant Head is Teaching and Learning, the exact responsibilities to the position will also be tailored to any emerging needs of the school and also the strengths of the successful applicant.

If you are an outstanding teacher and leader with a resilient character and a strong personal drive, with experience of leading outstanding practice, then we’d like to hear from you. Experience in leading and managing aspects of the STEM curriculum will be advantageous.
