The Academy Trust Board are seeking to appoint an outstanding early year’s and key stage one practitioner, who will work in partnership with the Headteacher and Academy Leaders to make a significant contribution to the future achievement and continued success of the Academy.
The successful candidate will be;

- Able to evidence successful involvement and impact in aspects of the leadership and management of a school
- Able to use and analyse data to undertake actions which successfully improve outcomes
- Able to take a lead role in the development of effective learning and teaching, leading to raised standards

- Able to evidence high expectations and outcomes
- Willing to work and liaise with managers and staff as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, forward thinking and well-motivated
- In possession of excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Willing to work closely with parents and the wider school community
