Assistant Headteacher - Teaching and Learning

York High School is seeking to appoint a proactive, innovative and versatile Assistant Headteacher, who has the enthusiasm, passion and drive to maximise the potential of all students.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of innovation and leading change with a demonstrable impact on school improvement. They will also be a highly successful classroom practitioner with a strong understanding of key educational issues, combined with the ability to lead and co-ordinate their effective implementation. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem solving skills who can inspire and motivate staff, students and parents.
