As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team under the Head teacher's guidance, your role involves contributing to the development of the school's goals and objectives, creating policies that align with these objectives, and effectively managing staff and resources to achieve them. You will also oversee the progress towards these goals and provide professional leadership in the area of SEND to ensure exceptional teaching quality, improved learning outcomes, and support for all pupils
