Due to the promotion of the previous postholder, the ambitious senior team is looking to build leadership capacity from September 2021 which will provide an exceptional opportunity for a motivated, inspirational teacher and creative leader who is passionate about outstanding education. You will join a team of ambitious senior and middle leaders at an exciting time as we seek to build leadership capacity.  You will be an integral part of the Senior Leadership Team, providing a high level of strategic direction for the school, particularly in relation to data, assessment and emerging technologies. You will have the opportunity to impact significantly on the future direction and outcomes of the school.

We are looking to welcome an experienced, motivated and passionate leader who will have the tenacity to turn ideas into reality, who can inspire other leaders and staff to grow and develop to be the best they can be. You should therefore have demonstrable experience in improving the quality of provision in an area you have led, in either a middle or senior leadership role (at least 3 years), along with a desire and determination to improve the educational experience of all pupils and who is looking for a challenge and rapid growth and development.
