We are seeking a dynamic & enthusiastic individual to help lead Castledon School into the future. Initially responsible for the primary or middle school phase, we are looking for a leader who can:

either

Drive forward standards and the core curriculum, ideally having a knowledge of a KS1/2 mainstream curriculum

Oversee our remit as autism lead school for the south of Essex, supporting autism practise within the academy and within mainstream schools in the locality.
