Situated in the heart of trendy Clerkenwell in Islington, our unique and charming school seeks a creative minded Assistant Head to help us move into the next phase of our development. Our children are charming and lively and want teachers who enjoy having fun in their teaching and want to be part of designing a truly creative curriculum.  

With a newly established Head and Leadership, we are seeking to appointment, a lively and talented Assistant Head. We are looking for a teacher who thrives on making a difference for children and wants to be part of creating our early vision and development.  

We are fortunate to have recently become part of the LDBS Local Academies Trust which offers opportunities to tap into a strong group of CE schools who are driven by the desire to improve, through networking, sharing of expertise and offering exciting learning opportunities, whilst also enjoying working closely with other Islington schools.  

This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for an aspiring leader/class teacher who believes in making learning fun, lively and creative; a unique challenge for the teacher who wants to be part of something new.   As Assistant Head, you will be a key driver in our next phase of improvement, helping design an innovative, creative and an exciting primary curriculum.

• an understanding of how children learn and the ability to adapt;   

• an inclusive and can-do mindset;
