You will support the Senior HR Business Partner in managing a range of discipline, grievance, capability, attendance, health and wellbeing cases across the college. You will also support change programmes, consultation arrangements and staff engagement initiatives and provide advice on pay & benefits and terms and conditions of service. In addition you can expect to contribute to HR systems, process improvements and policy development.
The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified (or working towards this) and a growing HR generalist, able to demonstrate a good grasp of employment law and experience of working with managers and following HR policies and procedures.
