As Assistant Network Manager, we’ll look to you to lead, manage and develop teams of ICT technicians at Outwood Grange Academy in Wakefield and also across other academies within the Trust.
You will assist the Network Manager with ensuring the effective and efficient support and deployment of ICT related equipment and resources to create a robust and efficient service, in line with the Trust’s policies and vision for ICT.
To be successful, you will need experience of installing and managing Windows Servers, and Group Policy creation and management (including loopback). You will also need demonstrable experience of network setup and the management of firewalls, VLANs, routing and link aggregation.
It’s essential that you’re educated to Grade C or above in English and Maths, or equivalent, and a degree or other relevant qualification would be desirable.
