As we continue to expand towards seven forms of entry, we are

looking to appoint excellent professionals, with the commitment and

drive required to provide an excellent service to our families. We are

seeking to appoint an excellent Assistant Office Manager with high

expectations and who will share our vision for all children to

succeed and for Gascoigne Primary to be a great place to be.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrative

officer, who is ready for the next step in their career, to gain valuable

experience within one of Britain’s biggest primary schools. The

successful candidate will make valuable contributions within a large

team; to the overall effectiveness of the school.

Ideal candidates will:

• have experience of working within a school environment;

• have a helpful, flexible and positive nature and the ability to work well

under pressure;

• have very good interpersonal skills;

• have excellent communication skills;

• have excellent office and ICT skills including Integris, Parent Pay,

Excel.

• Understanding of GDPR;

• have experience of data and information management systems and

working with pupil data;

• be committed to our school vision and mission statement;

• enjoy working in a varied and interesting environment;

• have the ability to maintain confidentiality;

• have the ability to work independently as well as part of a large team.
