Job description

What we are looking for

As the Assistant principal for our Automotive, Construction, Engineering and Logistics department, you will be responsible for the leadership of 5 direct reports, who support circa 2000 students each year. As the driving force of your curriculum area, you will work with your Heads of Department and the senior leadership team to ensure high quality provision that supports students to develop the skills and experience needed for their chosen career. Your passion and enthusiasm will support The Manchester College in maintaining its status as the number one further education provider in Greater Manchester and keep us on the road to building exciting new opportunities for the future. We welcome both applicants from the specific curriculum areas and those that have broader curriculum management experience.

Successful candidates will be offered a salary of between Salary £65,000 to £75,886 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
