HOURS: 37 hrs x 52 weeks.
LINE MANAGER: Deputy Principal

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual who will be a member of the College Senior Management Team and report directly to the Deputy Principal. To be successful in your application you will be educated to degree level or equivalent, possess a teaching qualification and recent evidence of continued professional development. An individual who can provide evidence of outstanding academic and inspirational leadership skills. You will be responsible for the development and delivery of the curriculum, including links to initiatives, for example, STEM and FELTAG. You will demonstrate an ability to deliver a value for money Department by the effective use of resources, maximising learner numbers to achieve funding targets; recognise and develop strategic partnerships at local, regional and national level to promote and develop the objectives of the Department.
