Lincroft Academy, is a school with an excellent reputation, which is well-deserved. We provide outstanding teaching and pastoral care for the students and we achieve excellent standards.
The transition of Lincroft from a middle school to a Secondary Academy took place in September 2017. Supporting this move, we are now looking to appoint an Assistant Principal who will be responsible for the school’s student and staff wellbeing.
We are looking to recruit a passionate, enthusiastic and driven Assistant Principal, to join our innovative team. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to raise standards of achievement and attainment across the school. The role requires strong leadership to successfully foster, promote and implement well-being strategies to champion a positive and effective working environment.
You will also be responsible to help create, shape and implement the schools vision by supporting both student and staff progress and wellbeing.
To succeed in this role you must be an inspirational role model, a high performer and a reliable and effective leader.
