We are looking for ambitious, talented and aspirational leaders who are highly motivated, forward-thinking and creative in their approach to join our established Leadership Team. The area of responsibility will be carefully tailored to the strengths of the outstanding candidate, under the leadership of our Quality of Education Vice Principal. This role will add excellence and experience in the areas of curriculum, teaching and learning or assessment, data and reporting based on your expertise. You will be joining a dynamic team that has significantly improved results for our learners and is seeking the right candidate to accelerate this journey. Professional development and support will be provided through the innovative Summit Learning Trust Professional Learning Institute and the wide range of opportunities and expertise across our flourishing Multi Academy Trust family.

About our Academy

The greatest strength of our academy is our learners who are often praised for their creativity, musical talents, artistic performances and the respect they have for one another. Learners generally understand the importance of learning, value their school and are proud to be part of it. They are proud to represent the academy and have gained national recognition in a variety of events including the English Speaking Union competitions, sporting events and Learner Leadership.

Ninestiles has a very reflective teaching staff body who welcome feedback from parents, carers and learners to secure the needs of all learners. Teachers and support colleagues have won recogntion for their excellence in a range of National Awards. The school has a wide and varied curriculum, learners have access to an impressive range of sporting and extracurricular activities with many enrichment opportunities offered after school and an exciting cultural capital programme. There is a strong culture of safeguarding and collegues work positively with the leadership team to ensure learning are kept safe.
