Job Description

 Haberdashers’ Aske’s Knights Academy is an oversubscribed “Good” school with a vibrant and diverse school community serving the families of our local communities in Lewisham and Bromley.  Our ETA programme is successfully entering its fourth year developing senior leaders to work at a strategic level across our Federation.   You will work closely alongside the Executive Principal and wider leadership team with a whole school leadership responsibility.  We are particularly keen to hear from candidates with strong pastoral or curriculum experience having led a pastoral or curriculum team 

The Successful candidate will:

• Join a fantastic community of dedicated professionals that are encouraged to grow and develop. 

• Join the leadership team and take on the role of Assistant Principal with responsibility for personal development, behaviour and welfare.

 • Have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills through structured professional development activities and coaching from Executive leaders across the Federation.

Haberdashers’ Knights Academy is a vibrant, diverse 11–18 school community with a relentless focus on high expectations and aspirations. We serve the families of the local community in the London Boroughs of Lewisham and Bromley and are part of the Haberdashers’ Academies Trust South, a well-established multi-academy trust of four secondary and five primary schools in southeast London and Kent with over 6000 students and 600 staff.
