Assistant Principal: College Headteacher

As a College Headteacher, you will lead one of our 11-16 Colleges and be responsible for the learning, achievement and well-being of the 410 students in the College, the professional leadership of a cross curricular team of staff and the cultivation of a strong College ethos through the harnessing and maintenance of positive relationships between students, staff and families. The person specification identifies the experience, skills and attributes we are seeking, but in short we are looking for:
