The role of Assistant Principal is to provide proactive support to the Principal/Vice Principal/Governors to ensure that the leadership and management of the Academy operate at the most effective level possible.
The Assistant Principal will work collaboratively and closely with the other members of the SLT to lead on central aspects of the leadership and management of the Academy. Specific responsibilities of the post will be agreed on appointment reflecting the experience and expertise of the successful candidate and the needs of the Academy, however the role is currently anticipated to include leadership of learning and behaviour for learning.

The town also boasts house prices two thirds of those of similar properties elsewhere in the south of England and is only 2 hours door to door from Central London.
