Assistant Principal: Culture and Ethos

We are looking for an inspiring, driven and energetic leader to promote our values and embed a culture of aspiration, celebration and reward in our community. This is a new post that will involve working with all stakeholders to secure for students the very best school experience. You would be joining a successful and stable senior leadership team and applications are welcomed from experienced pastoral leaders with a proven track record of positive impact. 

If you are a highly effective teacher, able to form excellent educational relationships with students and staff and are confident at calmly leading and developing systems for rewards and sanctions, we would love to hear from you.
