 The Role

We are seeking an inspirational, ambitious and strategic leader who can build on the many strengths of the Academy as a member of our Senior Leadership Team.

Working with the Principal you’ll set the vision for the future of the Academy, putting the right people and plans in place to see that our young people leave the Academy feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and what they’re capable of.

About You

You are a person with successful experience of senior leadership; resilient, innovative and with enthusiasm that is infectious so that you encourage change in a positive way. You are a person who leads by example with integrity, drive and ambition who is passionate about student’s learning, development and success. You are also an effective communicator, successful line manager and team leader. Furthermore, you are proficient and confident in using ICT.
