Richard Rose Central Academy is based in the heart of the beautiful border city of Carlisle on the edge of the Lake District. We provide high quality education to 11-18 year olds from across the City.

The role

As a senior leader within Central, you'll play a role in determining the future direction of the Academy. In relation to English, you'll work with colleagues in the department to keep your subject exciting, relevant and enjoyable, as well as create an ambitious, innovative and motivating classroom. Personally and through the wider teaching team, you'll inspire and challenge colleagues to develop your students into highly effective, independent learners and achieve their individual potential.
