Thank you for your interest in working at The John Roan School. We are a large mixed secondary school which joined the United Learning group of schools in September 2019 and, supported by the expertise and guidance that has brought us, are rapidly improving outcomes for students. Ofsted graded us as a ‘Good’ school in October 2023 and as we continue our school improvement programme, we are looking for people who share our values and passionately believe that all children can achieve, no matter what their starting point, background or needs.

The Role

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled professionals looking to join a thriving school. We want to hear from applicants who wish to build on our improvements, share our vision for providing an outstanding environment for teaching and learning and who like us, value drive, integrity, scholarship and contribution.
