Hatcham College is seeking to appoint a new Assistant Principal-Inclusion. Hatcham College is a multi-site school with Key Stage 3 and KS4 and 5 housed separately. We are seeking to appoint a conscientious and committed individual who is flexible and able to meet the demands of a complex yet wonderful school.

The successful candidate will be degree educated with a PGCE, hold a qualification in SENCO accreditation (preferably NASENCO) or demonstrate a willingness to study towards this qualification upon completion of probation. The successful candidate will also have experience of being a senior leader, experience of leading and implementing the SEND policy in a whole school capacity, in-depth knowledge of the barriers to learning faced by vulnerable groups and effective strategies to support implementation.
