The core purpose of this Assistant Principal (Key Stage 3 Achievement and Standards) post is to contribute to the continuing development of Haberdashers’ Aske’s Hatcham College. Our three key priorities are to develop Quality First Teaching, Thirst for Learning and Progress & Achievement. You must have the ambition and desire to make a real difference working in a South-East London, and to improve the academic outcomes and standards of Key Stage 3.
This role includes improving behaviour, learning, assessment and progress of students in Year 7 – 9. This opportunity would suit a senior middle leader, an existing Assistant Headteacher or Assistant Principal who is seeking to broaden and strengthen their leadership experience within a Federation of schools that currently provides education for over 5000 children across all phases from nursery to Post-16. The successful candidate would be part of HLT and work closely with the Vice Principal (Achievement and Standards).
If you are keen to lead change and improvement and are hungry to undergo the development needed to be successful in this role, and you have the skills, abilities and vision to become an ambassador of Key Stage 3 Achievement and Standards within our college, then we would like to hear from you.
