About RLS

At Rashid and Latifa School Establishment (RLSE), our people are at the heart of everything we do. Our pioneering “People Policies” create the happiest place to work, aligning ourselves with the Sheikh's vision of “a future that belongs to those that can imagine it” His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.

Rashid and Latifa School was created as a unique entity by Royal Decree and is committed to providing world-class education in Dubai to inspire future leaders of the UAE and beyond. We seek to employ aspirational professionals who are fully engaged with the school's vision: to nurture changemakers who contribute to society as courageous and empathetic global leaders, cultivating a mindset of possibility.

Imagine being able to create and implement the learning experience and environment of your dreams. At RLS, the sky's the limit. RLS is a prestigious, not-for-profit school primarily for the children of The Ruling Family of Dubai. A significant number of scholarships will be available to support Emirati students and those from the international community of Dubai.

All aspects of the rebuilding of RLS will serve our vision; from the building design to the flow between learning spaces, an indelible connection will be made to our underlying principles. These bespoke facilities will include state-of-the-art teaching facilities supporting an informed, future-proof approach to learning and teaching.

RLS will establish its place as a ‘Global Leader in Education’, providing an engaging, modified UK National Curriculum focused on personal and collaborative learning: enabling success for all within an innovative, dynamic, and data-driven environment that is learner-centred and future-oriented.

By providing a balanced and well-rounded education, we are undertaking an ambitious challenge to equip our school with five fundamental principles.

Our principles

An education like no other to nurture:

  • Culture: Passionate and proud UAE leaders
  • Wellness: Kind, healthy and empathetic leaders
  • Play: Curious, inquisitive, and courageous leaders
  • Innovation: Inventive, enterprising, and creative leaders
  • Community: Ethically informed, responsible global leaders

What we offer

We are committed to attracting and retaining staff of the highest calibre, actively seeking excellent educators who constantly operate at an outstanding level and beyond, displaying a purposeful commitment to student wellbeing and the life of the school.
