Part of the Cambridge Education Group, CATS College Canterbury is a dynamic international boarding school for students aged 14-22.  

An exciting opportunity to join the College as a senior leader has become available. We are seeking to appoint for or before January 2020 an Assistant Principal Pastoral Care to lead and develop our pastoral care provision who has:

• A commitment to student safety and welfare.

• The ability to set high standards and expectations for student behaviour and attendance. 

• A proven record as an excellent manager.

• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to present the College to a wide range of stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in an educational setting, preferably with international students, and the ability to make a valuable contribution to the strategic development of the College.
