This will be a challenging but very rewarding role with a key emphasis on driving progress and student attainment.

We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and ambitious individual. The successful candidate will be an outstanding teacher with either senior or middle leadership experience.

Applicants should have a good understanding of all aspects of teaching, learning and assessment and will have demonstrable experience in improving the quality of provision in these areas. S/he will also be managing, monitoring and evaluating the Quality Assurance programme in the college and will support a college-wide process to ensure that effective assessment leads to good and outstanding progress for students.

The successful candidate will have to meet the requirements of our Personnel Recruitment specification and be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
