John Madejski Academy is a rapidly improving school with a cutting edge curriculum and exciting professional development opportunities.  We are passionate about transforming the life chances of our students through excellent teaching and learning, a fantastic pastoral support system and a broad curriculum tailored to our students’ needs, including extensive extra-curricular opportunities. Staff workload and well-being is at the heart of our ethos. Alongside our excellent staff support and professional development opportunities, we are embedding live whole class marking and have introduced a two week October half-term.

We want to recruit a fantastic Educational Leader to join our dedicated, dynamic leadership team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that is passionate about teaching and learning and dedicated to improving student life chances.   

As part of the rapidly growing White Horse Federation Multi Academy Trust, not only will you have the support of your colleagues within JMA,  you will also be part of a wider network of Secondary and Primary schools across the Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire hub, led by leading educational practitioners.
