Job description

The Manchester College has many Campus locations across Greater Manchester, each with its own specialist cutting-edge facilities within a friendly and supportive environment. We are the largest Further Education College in the UK providing education and training to a wide range of learners. 

We now have an exciting opportunity to lead the Service and Retail Industries department as an Assistant Principal on a permanent, full time (37 hours) basis. The Service and Retail Industries department includes: Travel and Tourism, Hair and Beauty Therapy, Hospitality and Catering provision

As an Assistant Principal you will Provide outstanding strategic educational leadership in the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of the curriculum and of the student experience.

Responsible for the leadership of the department’s management team as well as resources within the department. An active member of the College’s Senior Leadership Team, you’ll work closely with other Assistant Principals, Heads of Student Experience and Principalship to deliver the College’s strategy and objectives.
