It is one of twenty-six schools in the Trust, five of which are schools within the East Leeds locality. We are seeking to appoint an exceptional Assistant Principal to the Academy; someone who will promote a culture of excellence by leading, developing and embedding outstanding Teaching and Learning across the school whilst adding capacity to the leadership team to enhance the strategic direction, vision and operational management at Co-op Academy Leeds. Providing highly visible leadership and professional expertise, our ideal candidate will drive forward the educational experience across the academy and will present as an outward facing professional within the academy, ensuring that the vision and priorities are clearly articulated, shared and promote and sustain school improvement.
