We are looking for an outstanding Assistant Principal to be able to lead on the continual development and enhancement of our academy; someone with both the theoretical and practical expertise; as well as a track record and commitment to driving up standards across the school.

The Assistant Principal will be the named school designated safeguarding lead and will be responsible for SEND across the school under the direction of the principal and will take a major role in driving forward the collective vision, aims and objectives of the school with all stakeholders. 

We seek an outstanding and innovative Assistant Principal with the ability to be a role model, build teams, and empower others. We are looking for someone who is committed to securing high standards of learning and teaching to raise academic achievement and committed to ensuring exceptional standards for teaching and learning practices. You will be an outstanding practitioner, and a strong leader of people and teams, who will look to you for outstanding line management, support, and challenge.
