37 Hours Per Week,  38 weeks per year+ Inset Days

Start Date: September 2021

The Role

We are seeking an outstanding individual to assist the SENDCo in the day to day operation of the school’s SEND department.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring policies are followed.

• Supporting the achievements of all SEN(D) additional needs students.

• Supporting the SENDCo in the day to day operation of the schools SEND department.

We're looking for you if you have:

• A good standard of education (ideally Maths/English GCSE grade A* to C or equivalent);

• A commitment to high standards of achievement from students and yourself;

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to act on your own initiative;
