We are looking to appoint an Assistant SENDCo to join our dedicated and hardworking SEN team. Applicants must have excellent communication and administrative skills, have a proven ability to work under pressure and be able to maintain a high level of accuracy whilst meeting deadlines.
This is a new role which includes assisting the Primary and Secondary SENDCo’s in the day-to-day operation of the school, supporting the learning and promoting the inclusion and acceptance of all pupils.
You should be an outstanding and enthusiastic practitioner who has the relevant experience and commitment of working in an educational setting providing support to SEN students. Ideally you should have experience of working with outside agencies, professionals and specialists. The successful application will work closely with students providing SEN support and maintain regular contact with parents to ensure they are kept informed on their child’s progress.
