Bacon’s achievements were recognised by Ofsted in June 2022 when we received a grading of ‘Good’ overall and in every area. In 2025 we enjoyed strong GCSE outcomes with 52% of students achieving grade 5+ in English and Maths. Our VI form results were excellent with 64% of A Level grades at A*-B. Assistant SENDCo

Location: Bacon’s College, London, SE16 6AT

Salary: Circa £36,000 depending on experience

The Role

The school is seeking to appoint an Assistant SENDCo. The role includes working alongside the SENDCo to support all aspects of organisation and administration of the Learning Development department. The successful candidate will have the skills and experience needed to coordinate all aspects of EHCP/EHCNA production, referrals, annual reviews, PLP writing, parental liaison and organisation of and delivery of interventions.
