Within this role you will be responsible for managing and undertaking the operational premises and facilities support functions at the three College Campuses. The successful candidate will be predominately based at the Langley campus but may be required to travel to the other College sites.

You will monitor and supervise external contracts, including cleaning, maintenance, security, grounds maintenance and catering. You will also be responsible for ordering stock, including cleaning materials, maintenance materials as required, in the absence of the Senior Site Controller.

The successful candidate will also adhere to and have regard to Health and Safety regulations and good practice and to manage operational Health & Safety issues such as emergency evacuations, portable appliance testing and statutory inspections.
