ASSISTANT SITE MANAGER
Band E, NJC Points 7-11
Actual Salary – £16,576 - £17,942 (dependent on experience)
Hours – 30 hours per week – 12 pm – 6 pm daily
The post is a permanent position to start as soon as possible, all year round with flexibility on occasional evenings, weekends, and school holidays as required.
Holidays must be taken within the school holidays.
In order to be shortlisted, you must demonstrate on your application form that you meet all the essential criteria as stated on the person specification.
The successful candidates will demonstrate:
· Experience of site management, preferably within an education setting
· Experience of working with a team of cleaners
· Be able to undertake basic maintenance jobs
· A good command of the English language both written and verbal

- The ability to work successfully as part of a team
