The Chiltern Way Academy (CWA) is a cutting edge and transformational organisation for students with ASC and SEMH, currently spanning four campuses, with two secondary schools, one primary school and one combined school.

We are looking for dynamic and inspirational Assistant Teachers for our rapidly expanding trust.

You will work closely with the teachers to enhance the learning experience of small groups of students in a classroom setting and undertake one-to-one mentoring and support.

About Chiltern Way Academy Wokingham

Welcome to Chiltern Way Academy Wokingham. We are a primary and secondary phase academy, providing education and care for young people between the ages of 8 and 16, with a primary diagnosis of ASC.

We believe that character development, building confidence and resilience plays a significant role in our students’ ability to learn and achieve.
