The right candidate will be totally aligned to our values and completely committed to our mission: to challenge educational and social disadvantage in the North. They will drive our ITT programmes and early career teacher development by appreciating the way in which high quality school based ITT and CPD can provide exceptional teachers of the future. They will be able to communicate our vision and lead effectively across several academies.
We establish high-performing non-faith academies which maximise attainment, value diversity, develop character and build cultural capital. By the age of 18 we want every student to have the choice of university or a high quality apprenticeship.
