Assistant Vice-Principal

For an Easter 2019 or September 2019 start, we are seeking two well-qualified, suitably experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Vice-Principals to join our Senior Leadership Group. You will have strong leadership skills and a proven track-record of exemplary practice as a middle leader, together with the ability to be responsible for an element of whole school strategic development. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to further their leadership journey joining a forward-thinking school that values the professional development and well-being of its entire staff. The specific requirements of the job description will be determined on appointment. The existing strengths of the Leadership Group members, mean that the persons appointed are more important than any specific responsibilities or experiences they may have in their current post.

• Someone who has a passion for developing their own leadership learning and the confidence to take risks and experiment with new ideas.
