Nightingale has set high expectations. Under newer leadership, the academy is improving rapidly. Key to the next stage in the academy’s development is the appointment of an excellent, experienced and committed Assistant Vice-Principal who will enable us to further improve the learning outcomes for our students, staff, families, and partners in the wider community. The post will provide opportunities to establish innovative ways of leading and managing learning, as well as allowing the development of creative approaches and solutions which will further raise standards and create a climate of success for everyone. The Assistant Vice Principal will work within the senior leadership team and be directly accountable to the Principal and the Governing Body.
You will be an outstanding teacher, a team player/leader and have a proven track record of having significant impact in your current post. You must have the drive and intent to secure rapid school improvement through creative and innovative approaches to learning and demonstrate the ability to embrace and promote change. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and determined to support the Academy in continuing its planned improvement.
