Hamford Primary Academy is a vibrant school within the Academies Enterprise Trust Group that is developing a curriculum relevant for the 21st century. Who are we looking for?

As a member of the Leadership team you will play a significant role in the planning and implementation of the School Improvement Plan. You will also share with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) oversight of action plans and actively promote high levels of attainment. Among other objectives, you will be monitoring pupil’s learning and progress in order to meet school and national targets. This is a teaching role so we will be looking for an individual with excellent classroom practice. Your leadership area of responsibility is negotiable, dependent on professional strengths and interests.
