The Arthur Terry Learning Partnership is a highly successful Multi Academy Trust (MAT) encompassing 5 secondary schools, 11 primary schools, a Teaching School, and School Centred Initial Teacher Training provider.  Our schools are based in North Birmingham, Tamworth, Lichfield and North Warwickshire. A further secondary school and 2 primary schools have submitted applications to join ATLP during the next 12 months.


An opportunity has arisen for the following role based at John Willmott School, Reddicap Heath Road, Sutton Coldfield, B75 7DY.



Associate Assistant Head Teacher - Pastoral

Leadership Scale - L8-L12 (£50,151 - £55,338)

Full Time, Permanent

Required for September 2021



The ability to teach English or Psychology is desirable.


This is an excellent opportunity for ambitious and outstanding practitioners who can work collaboratively with the Headteacher and leadership teams to support strategically in the leadership and management of the school.


The successful candidate will be expected to attend Leadership Group meetings as well as fulfilling Leadership Group roles and responsibilities including the Leadership Group duty rota.  You will have a teaching allocation of no greater than 25 periods over a fortnight.
