Associate Assistant Headteacher

Associate Assistant Headteacher incorporating Head of English and one other whole school responsibility based on individual strengths

Salary: Leadership Scale L9-L11

This is a really exciting opportunity for a candidate to expand on their current career as Head of English or indeed an aspirational ambitious Deputy Head of English.

The successful candidate will require exceptional interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence, alongside an ability to set a vision, confidently nurture, and develop staff so that children are inspired to love English. You will lead a large, experienced team of well-qualified staff who believe in working collaboratively and creatively to provide innovative lessons that challenge and excite our students.   Additionally, you will have responsibility for one other whole school area. This will be discussed and negotiated at interview based on your individual strengths and aspirations. This is a real chance to shine and take your career to new heights.
