Lynch Hill Enterprise Academy is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic and committed person to lead our programme of Transition between Primary and Secondary school and to develop a new identity for our Year 7. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to make his or her mark.  

The successful candidate will have successfully led on a whole-school project and have a strong knowledge of pastoral leadership and/or curriculum development. Effective communication skills are essential as is the ability to self-manage and lead colleagues from different areas of the school.
