If you are currently in school or other employment, we will require a reference from your employer and an agreement for a maximum specified release time over the course of an academic year.

Role:
Successful applicants will be deployed to work with:

  • Schools who want a one-off external review

Who we are

At B11 Education we are committed to understanding and providing exactly what you want to achieve as educational institutions. You are focused on ensuring pupils get the very best start in life and you aim to do this by providing a safe, supportive and successful learning environment, where each individual can maximise their potential. You obviously want to do this in full compliance with the statutory guidance provided by the Department for Education without overburdening your staff with unnecessary pressures and increased workload. We constantly monitor the changes that are coming from the Department for Education and Ofsted, so that we can provide the support that you need, in line with the very latest guidance.

We at B11 put wellbeing of your students and staff at the centre of all that we do, even when we have to deliver hard to hear messages. We provide much needed external expertise and objectivity to support you in achieving what you want for your students. We are happy to bear some of the load where you do not have the time or specific expertise to do everything that is required of you.

B11 offers excellent value for its exceptionally high quality services which are rated very highly by all the stakeholders we work with. We only deploy highly trained professionals who have a wealth of senior management experience as headteachers, Ofsted inspectors, local authority school improvement officers, NLE, SLE and HMI. They have a proven track record and have been recruited for their unique abilities to provide bespoke support to schools and teachers as well as their professional expertise in school improvement. Our clients most value B11 for providing rigorous, objective, external support and challenge, and for providing clear guidance regarding what to do when improvements are required.
